Information about the use of VSM for supplier delivering Veoneer's Active Safety / Magna.
On June 1st, 2023, Veoneer’s Active Safety was formally separated from Veoneer and sold to Magna International. As a result, Veoneer’s Active Safety business is now part of Magna Electronics.
During a transition period, the Veoneer Supplier Manual (VSM) is still available for Veoneer Active Safety suppliers. This is only temporary as Magna holds its own Supplier Manual. The transition to the Magna Supplier Manual will be communicated ahead of the closure of the access to the current portal for Veoneer Active Safety suppliers.
For suppliers delivering only Veoneer Safety Systems (RCS products), the access to VSM is unchanged.
